In an Aussie accent they claim to be Traffic enforcement & that call is recorded, then after I refused to answer & the same recorded question is made then state I was on my mobile whilst driving the week before ( unlikely as I was abroad) so dully hung up. Trying to get you to acknowledge it’s recorded then for you to say yes
I had a call from the same number tonight Sunday 10th 21:54 May from a male sounding AI type voice too, saying “hello, yes hello” but I couldn’t hear at first so I put on loud speaker and the guy said “why have you been calling my girlfriend late at night” and I said “what? I don’t understand” and he went “do not make excuses” and I went “I’m sorry mate I have no idea what you’re on about” and hung up. Been an hour and no call back.
2 strange missed calls and guy left voice message which sounds like an automated AI voice saying “Hi, Stop using my WIFI”. I’m not connected to anyone’s WiFi apart from my house. So this sounds like a scam!
