Thought I was talking to a hotel I stayed at . Trying to retrieve a jumper that I left behind. They tried to get my bank details to pay for postage. Absolute scammers

This number came up for a guest at the hotel I work at, stated that they needed the guests card details to send something back in the post for the guest. They took £200 out of the ladies account she is a pensioner.

I was trying to contact travelodge on this number as it was given on line, they tried twice to get money out of my account fraudulently
