This number has been persistently been calling our company since November 2025, on the pretence of enquiring about funeral plans. Each time the caller has provided a different name and address- gone through the whole enquiry only to make an excuse last minute not to proceed. Some days the callers can call up to 8-10 times. On instances they have used abusive language. Upon questioning they have denied calling earlier on in the day
