Told me that my sim card with O2 was going to deactivate if I didn't upgrade to new SIM (I'm not even with O2!) I explained I had no issues with my signal as he had suggested and he became very agitated and told me he would call back later.
Told me they were from Vodafone and wanted to send me a new SIM card. I told them to email me as they should have my email address. He hung up. Scam

This is a scam… telling me due to reports of bad signal they have upgraded their systems and want to send a new Sim, when you push back they get a manager who basically shouts at you. I’ve reported them to 3 as well
Claimed to be from 3/ID mobile, wanted me to upgrade sim (free of course), then threatened to block my sim when I told them to go away and leave me alone.
