Claiming from EDF Energy, and that the end date of the contract is wrong on their computer and wanted me to tell them the end date displayed on the latest bill. I told them to speak with their own accounts department for information. This was a foreign call centre. The caller said she didn't need information - but just wanted the 'information' from the bill. I told her this was a contradiction, that as this company was TPS registered - her call would be reported. This is the 3rd time such a call has come through.
