Saying that they had a report of me suffering from damp and mould... I explained that it was not a problem as nurse rubbed my legs with cream and it was gone... Rang off .... Asian voices female.

At first it was silent, then a guy with a South Asian accent said he was from Lewisham Council about a complaint I had raised (not true). When I asked him “what?”, he hang up. Blocked.

Rang me repeatedly 9 times in about 5 seconds. As soon as I declined the call my phone rang again. I had to turn flight mode on to stop it ringing, then blocked the number.
