Telemarketing scam, they ring you, you miss call and call them back, costs you 16p a minute, they get the revenue. Just ignore it and don't call it back.

Missed a call, called back and it said it was Explain Market Reseach. Didn't wait to speak to anyone. Just hung the phone up once they announced themselves.
