08009524854 can call several times daily, ringing off before being answered. No reason to be calling what is essentially a private family number , so guess it is one of the main media providers. Virgin especially persistent, their overseas callers using very strongly accented English and requiring you to be downright rude before they get the message you have zilch interest in either them or their products.
