Called 220915 at 14.11 by this number claiming to be 'consumer exchange'. They are cold calling ambulance chasers wanting to deal with a road traffic accident (that I haven't had) in the last 2.5 years.

Vanquis Bank. Get a call every day for them and everyday I explain to them that no one at our address has a Vanquis Card nor have we ever had one. Every day they say that they will remove our phone number. Plain harassment from stupid people.
