The woman introduced herself as working for Home Shield Insurance and that the insurance on the washing machine was expired. I am neither the owner of the house to which she referred by address nor do I insure any property therein. This was a scam attempt.

Regarding washing machine warranty. I have never purchased a washing machine at the address mentioned.

Said they were from home shield direct calling to extend the warranty on my washing machine

Missed call yesterday and today called back your washing machine warranty. Mine is over 10 years

Called me about a washing machine and said the delivery road as my actual address. Little concerned how they have my address and phone number. Said her name was Lauren, and about a washing machine repair. She knew my name as well. I cancelled the call straight away after.

Called onece and asked for Mr. Williams. Told her wrong number and she hung up.

regarding washing machine warrenty, asked for £9 a month when I said I wasnt intrested they hung up on me.

Just a ping sound at their end then the line went dead. Suspect a fraud call.
