This number looks like part of a phishing scam. I had multiple missed calls apparently from the same person using different numbers, mostly starting 02382 51xxxx. When I eventually answered the caller when they used this 01902 number, they said they were from a company called something like Auto Tel Network and were notifying me that my SIM needed to be updated. When I queried the cold call from an unrecognised number instead of a normal notification from my mobile provider, they asked me to confirm my account details otherwise my SIM would be deactivated. I asked them to verify the details they held for my account, but they couldn't tell me what device the SIM related to, or which network it was registered to, so I declined their kind offer. They hung up saying, "OK, so the only other option is your SIM will be deactivated". So far it's still working. This scam could be related to a data breach at Booking.com a few weeks ago.
