Rang my daughters phone, she is 10 trying to tell me my daughters SIM card wasn’t 5g and they needed to send a new one I said funny that as I have just took this 5g SIM card out
Similar to other persons told me they needed to send me a 4g uprated sim card. I told them to just send it but told me they needed to send me a code via email mail and I then needed to give them the code. Told her I wasn't near computer and she asked could I give her a time when I would be at computer and she would ring again. Told her I would not do that and she rang off Suspected it was a scam from start when I heard Asian female voice
Female-sounding caller with Indian accent said they were from sky and needed to "send me a new SIM card" because I needed to be upgraded to a 5G sim. I told them to just send it. They wanted to pass me to their manager. I said I couldn't stay on. They told me I would need to get one from the shop and it would cost me more. I said that was ok. They then disconnected the call. Clearly very dangerous because they'll eventually find someone to scam.
Saying they are calling from O2 and that they need to send me a new 5g sim out, pity thats where the call ended as my partner works for vm02
