Did not answer so don't know who it was or what they wanted. People who don't answer stop saying scammers unless you actually answer and speak to them.

He knew my name (first & second names) which was alarming. Started by saying he was grateful I was polite and didn't shout at him. Then asked if I read the morning newspaper, I asked where he was calling from twice and he proceeded to ask me if I was a homeowner or renting. I proceeded to put the phone down.

Almost all the caller unrecognised calls I receive are scamsters, despite me being TPS registered: I no longer answer such calls. This number was located as Truro, according to my 'phone.
