Sophia phoned us (a school) and said we had an outstanding bill of over £3000. I explained our last BT bill had been paid and this was not our bill. She was very officious and said she had sent an email and had been promised payment by today. I asked what email address it had been sent to, which was clearly not ours! This lady was extremely rude and didn't even apologise for the mistake!
