I am registered with TPS yet they still call...that makes them law breakers so anyone stating on here that it is a legitimate company is full of b s. No-one should have to pay up front for a refund. You just contact your water company directly. They didn't even finish the call must have realised we don't own our home!! Scammers end of!

I had a call from Green Streak, who used my name (correct) and suggested I might be owed a refund on my water bill (totally incorrect). I am registered with TPS, so I would never use a company that cold calls, however good they might be.

I'm not surprised Green streak have no face book presence , the complaints would crash the site. BUT................ The shenanigans they get up to are talked about. What's with this sudden burst of appearing from behind the curtains..................... I notice you've taken down accreditations off your web page too that seemed to have been....... errm...'used' DO NOT tell me you lot have had some sort of revelation and decided to be honest, that would push the boundaries of credibility. MO:- Quick buck - shut up shop - scarper. PS: Your "We will also place your number on the TPS register to stop unwanted calls to your home." Does still make me chuckle, "Why Muriel, you are awful"

In reply to Jaeger Grren Streak does not have a facebook account, and never will. The police have indeed been informed regarding a previous post which was totally disgusting and explicit. People who write such things have no manners.

Having read one post in particular, I have informed the police who have stated they will be in contact with the person who wrote the comment through the IP address of the computer. I find it disgusting that there is a disgruntled ex employee can write such lewd remarks.

Received a call from them this morning. Claimed to be recommended by/working with Welsh Water but didn't know the welsh name for it ROFL. What was worse, when I moved house 10 years ago I took the phone number with me, but they still had it at the old address from 10 years ago LMFAO. A well dodgey company.

It's not the EPC that entitles you to the funding I think it's called a GDA.

To Carol If you did some research you do have to pay no matter what. In order to get the funding to make your home more energy efficient you have to get a certificate to qualify which will cost you around 2-3 hundred pounds no matter where you get it.

Expensive and no guarantee of success. I don't trust people who cold call. Cheaper to research and pay for EPC yourself. Loads of free information, just call CAB why pay?
