01792 820693 Negative Who called me from this phone number?

While the number 01792 1820693 isn’t officially listed in public directories, it may belong to a subcontracted research company working under one of the following: government bodies, police oversight agencies, or ombudsman services.

Ignored the first call from them as my phone was flagging it as spam and telemarketer, but on looking it up I found this https://ors.org.uk/about-ors/who-called-me/01792-820693/ so I answered their 4th call. They wanted to follow up on my recent contact with the Parliamentary and Health Ombudsman, asked some multiple choice questions about how happy I was with their work, and some basic, non-identifying demographic questions. The gent was clearly reading from a script but he was polite and pleasant and said he's frustrated by their spam rating, as they have been legitimately commissioned to do this work.

I had this today claiming to be from the ombudsman checking up on my claim. I have got a claim with the ombudsman and when I said it was still in its early stages they said they would call back in a few months. Never asked for any details whatsoever.

I have been called twice today by this number. And they haven't stopped. I answered the call and all I got was some really cheap. Answer phone messages stating that about the police and some other crap So I just hang up. They do not stop calling!! Now they are calling Dorset Looks like they're doing their rounds.

Parliamentary ombudsman apparently, checking up on doctors surgeries. Know my name but nothing else

Ive recieved a call on a Saturday. I've attained additional information and checked myself to find out that these calls shouldn't be made during the weekends what so ever and the onbudsman deal with claims on surveys. Also feedback and a Survey is given and an opportunity to leave addional feedback. Please be careful and do not share any personal information

This caller is a telecommunications company which makes a number of scam and other dubious calls .Caveat Emptor -Buyer Beware

Claimed to be from Parliamentary Ombudsman, to survey my use of them. I still haven't had the hance, as things running slow, so be careful, the real ombudsman would already know this.

Called the number back and recorded message said they carry out a number surveys including the police force. I couldn’t be bothered to listen to anymore, so I hung up.
