Claimed to be from Eon and my current supplier. Explained Eon are not our current supplier but he insisted they were and got argumentative. Then demanded to know who our current supplier was. Said I believe you are a scam call and got very defensive.

Called, Did not know my name. Asked me if I wanted a free upgrade to my TV package (I don't have any Tele' subscriptions). I believe this is a scam.
