Saying they are ACI (but don't say they are a debt collection company, or address me by my name) and they want to talk to me about a personal matter. Asking me to call 01253 531528. This is the 3rd time this week they've called, using 3 different numbers. The voicemail message sounds like a real caller, but it's a recording - exactly the same all 3 times. I have NO outstanding debts.

pretending to be a debt collector - if you have a payment plan with ACI check your account because I had a new direct debit setup the other day for what appeared to be ACI but wasn't.
