She said I owed money to Littlewoods but could only discuss it if I gave her more of my personal details. I asked her to put it in writing so I could refer to my solicitor but again, she said only if I gave over more personal information. I refused and she said she couldn't help me so I hung up. Ive never been a customer of Littlewoods.
