0161 831 5890 Neutral Who called me from this phone number?

I only receive this text message from this number "Missed call: this person/number called at 12:36 on 9th Jun but left no message." The interesting thing is my phone doesn't even ring!!!! If I get ANY repeated unknown numbers now I simply block the number. Family and friends have other ways of contacting me.

01618315890 , 01482240452, 02079461375, 02079461370, 01212706460, 02079460862 numbers constantly keep ringing me. Once challeneged where did they got my number from, they hung up. I am sick and tired of receiving constatnt calls from those type of companies.

Fones constantly asking for someone I've never even heard of. Ask to be removed from list everytime I answer...to no avail...!!!

Has called (and been ignored) once a day for 5 days now and counting.... I have blocked the number.

They called me but it went to answer phone so I phoned it back, she said I was due a refund so I said I was not interested as it was obviously a SPAM call, she got upset saying that they do not make spam calls. Caller: 0161 831 5890 now added to my blocked numbers.

This number appears on my mobile at least twice a day on TuGo. Have never answered it and having seen the comments posted am really glad I haven't. Now checking to see if I can block it.

Missed there call searched the number and found this page. They then called again the next day, didn't answer because it seems as though they won't take no for an answer.

This lot have called me twice in two days. I'm currently abroad so don't pick up any unrecognised number. Please keep supplying your info to this site peeps so I can block the callers without costing me phone charges!

Unsolicited Sales calls claiming, wrongly, my number was opted into "Pensions Advice". It's a scam.

0161 979 0717 and 0161 831 5890 called 3 times all within a short space of time - 30 minutes!!!!! Red Star somebody!!! VERY VERY VERY ABUSIVE AND RUDE!!!!!! Kept saying no thankyou and putting the phone down and still abusive! Horrible people!!!!! Do NOT ANSWER!!!!!

Phoned this afternoon asked for me by name, when asked how got number reply was for me to know and you to find out !!! Cheeky cow !! Told number wad ex directory not interested just started the Witten down script so gave it the bye and hung up. Will be reporting to relevant ombudsman

Constantly calling and always ignore and send to voicemail today I had a 3 minute voicemail left and had to listen to 3 fellas banging on and on about Amsterdam on Monday ..... Their language was appalling imagine if answered ? Pests

I have put this number on my 'block list' which basically means everytime they ring, it will go to voicemail. Now, they just leave long, silent voicemails! waste of my time and theirs! pathetic!

Pain in the backside. Constantly calls, sometimes no one is on the line! Told them I don't have credit cards but they still keep calling. Tried blocking them but still get alerts saying they tried to call. 0161 831 5890 PPI nuisance calls.

If they call on your mobile, you can block the contact. On Android phones, press and hold on the number in your call or missed call list and when the menu pops up, there should be a block contact option. Problem solved.

red star keep pestering me about credit cards,i keep telling them to stop ringing,sometimes it 3 times a day its getting very anoying

I never answer calls from numbers I don't recognise plus due to my job I cant have my phone on when I'm at work. They never leave a message and I've never tried to call back - if it was that important they would surely leave a message! I also have no idea where they got my number from as I never give it out for exactly this reason.

I keep being called during working hours on my mobile from this number - latest yesterday (24/2) - but I cannot answer mobile calls at work. I once called back from my (unlisted) work landline and it was answered by a machine saying I would be put through to the next available agent. This agent greeted me by saying he represented Red Star Financial Management. He saw that my number was witheld and asked me what it was. As I assumed it was a cold-call centre, I terminated the call.

Sick of seeing this number coming up - they are rude when they speak to you - take no notice when you tell them to delete your details - my next move it to have a school whistle and blow it down the phone as loud as possible !

Rang last week & said I was owed ppi on a previous credit card. Said I'd never had a credit card & ended call. Rang today again from same number saying same thing. Grrrr!

I do not answer unknown numbers and it is getting ridiculous, i would like the freedom to answer all my personal calls without the possibility of it being a sales/nuisance caller! Company called and said I have a credit history with MBNA and I am due PPI. I told him to remove me from their call list and if I hear from them again I will report company. Cheeky git said if I wasn't nice he wouldn't do me any favours!!! Told him if he lies about my credit history I will report him for that too!!!!! Cheeky sods!!!!!!!! This number calls my mobile several times a week and has been doing so for months. Today is the first time I tried to find out who the calls were coming from. I do not answer and just delete each call but it is extremely annoying. With so many complaints why aren't the relevant authorities doing something about it.

recieved a call today - best option with thease kind of people is block their number from your phone. I have blocked both my landline and mobile on the preference list however they still call which in my book is breaking the rules so to speak!!!!

Someone from this number has now phoned 270 times in last month. Dos not speak but heavy breathing and sometimes verbal abuse said in a quiet voice. This must stop.

Just received a call from this number, quoting cards I have never owned. The caller didn't realise I had answered and continued with a verbal abuse and profanities about a previous caller. As soon as he realised I was on the line became all polite and professional. Scam Scam Scam!!!!!

The persistence of this company can be several calls per day, and it continues for weeks and months. Report them to the ICO (each time they call)

On and off for two weeks now makes me laugh as they are just wasting their time
