Yeah, this is AO.com - follow up call after my delivery - after telling them I was replacing my dryer within 18 months of buying my last they recommended their warranty which I snapped up for 2.99! Great customer service, quick delivery and a pleasure to speak to!

Had a call from this mob 30 secs after ordering horribly friendly type trying to sell goodness knows what, won't use again underhand misuse of my telephone details

This is ao however it's to sell insurance ect since my purchase a week ago they have rang my house and mobile a total of 30 time I'm now barring them very annoying!

AO.com, trying to sell me insurance in an overly friendly way. I haven't even had my products delivered yet.

They still clearly are doing this, just had a tumble dryer delivered today from AO and got a call from this number, answered and they hang up. They've called several times before after I placed the order, no message left. I just wonder why they do not leave a message or talk to me when I answer if they are doing this for customer service or to sell me insurance.

This is ao.com. I called them back once I'd realised who they were, as I'd just bought an appliance from them. Spoke to a very nice, polite, helpful gentleman. I considered the calls to be good customer service, they were just checking on the logistics of delivery & wanted to make sure that they could park & get into the house OK. And to say that they could take my old appliance away for Free! I asked them to call me tomorrow to confirm delivery slot. I will write another review if they persist in calling after that.

AO.com calling to confirm order and delivery details. Also an attempt to sell extended warranty, but done in a very friendly way and with the added offer of free recycling of old appliance.

Just had this number call me 3 times in the last 24 hours. First time I picked up it was silent. No words were spoken. I then said a little riddle I once used to entice a serpent and still, nothing happened. I've since restrained from using my serpent riddle and answering this call thanks to this helpful website.

This appears to be AO.com calling after a purchase but they don't actually say anything just caller 3 times - really anoying

An underhand attempt at selling breakdown insurance. They pretend to be checking details of your on line order then hit you with a sales script. I told them where to go!

Same thing, I just purchased a washer from AO and just had a missed call off the number here. I suppose it's just them selling add on's. Although I paid for delivery, Removal, Take out, install!

Yes, AO.com I purchased an item on-line last night (Monday) for delivery Weds, and it appears they have called me today (Tues). I didn't answer (as I was at work) and they've not left a voicemail. Thanks to those above who have previously posted informative threads.
