Claiming to be calling about life insurance. 'Insurance review centre' is the business name they are using. Upon googling this, they are unregistered with the FCA. There are also news articles regarding this 'company'

Phone showed it as nuisance call, didn’t answer it but they left a voice mail saying hello after being on mute for a bit.
