Genuine call. Lloyds Bank calling with confirmation code to set up new payee.
Reading all he comments saying this is a legitimate call from Lloyds makes me wonder why they rang me since I don't have an account with Lloyds. So I suspect it's a scam.
I set up the Lloyd's Bank app on my phone and this number called to check I was real. Was legit. If you get a call from this number and you haven't got lloyds bank app, hang up
MBNA callback automatic call, checking a security number before allowing a transaction can go through.
message left re Amazon and other transaction - do not have a Lloyds account and so it is a FRAUD
Lloyds bank verification. If you have requested verification of a new mobile device, you will receive this call. If you haven't requested verification of a new mobile device and receive a call from this number, then someone else is trying to add a mobile device to your online banking and you shouldn't answer it such that the new device will not be verified. However, it's not a spam number, it actually is Lloyds bank.
Lloyds bank checking I’m me after setting up a new mobile phone for banking. It was genuine NOT a scam.
Lloyds bank with confirmation code for payment
It looks like the answer is that if you haven't just set up a new payment with Lloyds Bank , it's very likely a scam.
