Reading all he comments saying this is a legitimate call from Lloyds makes me wonder why they rang me since I don't have an account with Lloyds. So I suspect it's a scam.

Lloyds bank verification. If you have requested verification of a new mobile device, you will receive this call. If you haven't requested verification of a new mobile device and receive a call from this number, then someone else is trying to add a mobile device to your online banking and you shouldn't answer it such that the new device will not be verified. However, it's not a spam number, it actually is Lloyds bank.
