Calling to review my life insurance, said I should have received an anniversary letter in the post, whatever that is. Listed various insurance companies they apparently work with but couldn’t tell me mine.

rang my son (a minor!!!) and gave a completely different name of someone we know.... talking about insurance or something then hung up.
