I got a call from this no saying they were from Microsoft and my computer had a virus.I said I haven't got a computer! Lol! He went silent as he never expected me to deny I had a computer. He had an Irish/Liverpool accent.

told me she was from Microsoft and that I had a virus on my computer and that they had informed me by email that this had happened and I had not responded. I told her I had not had an email and she called me a liar and I had better open it up and follow the instructions or I would have a big problem with my computer. I put the phone down. I am in my later 70's and I do not like receiving calls like this.

Once again a call from "Microsoft". I have had dozens over the years but the strange thing about this call was - he was NOT Asian but sounded Dutch. I listened patiently while he waffled on, and on...especially after I thanked him for being so kind as to look after my interests - THEN I struck! Told him to "go away" (!) you scamming b*****d then, my piece de resistance, blew my trusty whistle VERY loudly (almost blew my brains out!) and ended call. I waited for a return call (as I do sometimes get when I use these tactics ) but nothing, so far. I quite enjoy getting them, really!

Man rang claiming to be from Microsoft. Told him I wasn't interested, He kept on talking about significant risk to my computer. I asked him to end the call. He threatened to close my computer down there and then!!

Call this morning claiming to be from Microsoft - I told him he wasn’t, he said he could prove it, I said not from Microsoft and hung up. Rang 1572 to block it.

driving me insane - microsoft issues with my pc - hung up when I got cross with them, this is daily now, I have blocked at least 10 numbers. Surely if Microsoft it would be a static contact centre number
