Very persistent, hung up twice on the first caller than had Ryan Shepherd call me back claiming to be a Manager. Claiming to be in ref to BT transition from Copper to Fibre Optic line change. Told him to put it in writing as being a tenant I've no interest or care! I suspect this is a scam or fraud

Telephoned a business and said their name was Ryan and was calling from BT in Scotland. When I asked the purpose of the call he claimed it was because their network team are upgrading our area from Copper Wire and we needed to arrange a meeting with them to find an alternative service. I asked why our current provider wasn't 'getting in touch' and he said they hadn't responded to their request. With this I terminated the call saying that I would contact BT myself
