Pacifica Warranty on behalf of Hisense
Pacifica Warranty for Hisense products. All legitimate. I have a warranty with them after the manufactures warranty expired and they work on behalf of Hisense.
The caller said he was calling from Pacifica, who manage the warranty on our Hisense dishwasher. I think this was genuine. It could be described as spam in that he was encouraging me to get cover for other kitchen equipment but as a consequence of part of our conversation he checked their system and could see that our washing machine is also covered by them. So nothing further to say, end of call.
