01297 824008 Negative Who called me from this phone number?

Looks like spam call to me. I didn’t pick up and they didn’t leave a message. I will block this number.

Called and left no message

Said they were from Curry’s. Obviously not. Number now blocked

When I repeated asked the woman for my name, she hadn't a clue who I was. I've blocked the number.

I had trouble hearing the man who called me, but I told me he was from 02 and Virgin Media. I asked him why he was calling me when I'm not with either company. I then apologized and explained I couldn't really hear him, before ending the call.

Said they were calling from Adecco and had a remote opportunity for me that I could work 1-2 hours a day just using my phone.

a crackly line and someone repeating hello... hellow... hellowwwwww. I let them have at it until they hung up.

Don’t trust these cowboys/cowgirls. Indian accent claiming to be from EE and O2 trying to get email information

Said they were from 3G mobile. Then I said ‘oh the Bt Vodafone giff gaff mobile network?’. They said yes ma’am. I hung up

Had missed call from this number so tried to call it back but line was dead .... blocked now after reading your comments so thank you all for the heads up

Claiming to be from Currys, definitely not! They are scammers.

Just reporting that I received this call too, looking at the comments it seems the spam calls started today so be aware folks.

Phoned few times I didn’t answer tried to call back dead line

The caller claimed to be from O2 and wanted me to provide my email address for verification purposes. I played them at their own game and asked them to verify my account name, as I get multiple calls like this weekly. The git transferred me to his supervisor who asked the same questions, so I gave him the same runaround, until he hung up. At no time did they address me by my name.

Spam Call. Keeps phoning me

Obvious spam call - Claiming to be from EE - called through to a business line asking how much we paid, i asked him how much I paid, what my name was, how long i had had my contract etc, couldn't answer any of my questions, eventually he got annoyed with me and hung up, saved me looking at spreadsheets for 5 minutes.

Claiming to be from EE / im not with EE told her 3 times - Asian sounding lady. Definitely a scam - she said goodbye and put the phone down.
