Yes that is CCS number for their crawley office. I worked for them for about a week and I am ashamed to say I was associated with such a vindictive company. Although it isn't actually a scam, they have a huge database they pay for that has details of some correct and some incorrect information about road accidents in the UK and they can actually get you a payout, they are a horrible company that are completely unprofessional and heartbreakingly rude to potential clients and employees. For listening to my manager who apparently told me the wrong information I was sacked after a week with no real explanation and not being paid for the work I did (they also gave me the wrong contract to sign so its like a ghost employment. The manager for Crawley, a Mr Tatton, is an unprofessional leader who skips half the day to go to the gym and spends the other half on his phone. He was shockingly rude to a number of people he called who clearly weren't interested and he became very mouthy and obnoxious (which is a strange approach to take seeing as he is the one bothering people!). They blocked my email, phone number and facebook contacts and whenever I go to the office they ignore that I am outside. Do not trust this company. I wouldn't even leave my handbag there over lunchtime.

had a call from 01293 368863 they said they were CCS Complete Claims Solutions and I had an accident in November 2013 (which I didn't) and I had not claimed money I was entitled to from the insurance company. When I pressed for details of the accident I didn't have, I was told they could not provide them due to data protection - sounds like a complete scam.....

I have had about half a dozen calls from these people. They say they are CCS Complete Claims Solutions and it is about my (non existent) accident. Each time I ask them for their postal address but they say are not allowed to give it or they hang up. Although the number is in Crawley, Sussex. The one I just had gave me their phone number (she gave me 01293368863 although this number came up when I googled it) and she also gave me a website address www.completeclaimssolutions.co.uk and it is the correct website address. I am about to get in touch with them to ask them to remove my name from their list as I have blocked their number before, Now it is just a 'withheld number' or 'unknown'.
