This caller claimed to be from a company called PCP claims. I cannot find such a company. They had my address and vehicle details and said they needed my DOB to proceed with the claim and were trying to pressurise me to give the details. Having put a claim in direct with my finance company they refused to confirm who they represented. Conclusion that they are scamming and need you DOB to continue with the scam.
