Rang saying from EDF wanting to discuss an outstanding debt and asked for my address.email etc. My account is in credit and she would not give me any proof. It is very strange that I have recently set up a direct debit so either EDF or the bank are not secure! I hung up.
Supposedly EDF about a change in payment details. Unexpected call and got very shirty when I asked for verification, then hung up on me.

Text claims to be from "Three Cust Svc". I have that in my contacts, and the number is 333. message reads:- "We need to speak to you regarding your current energy account balance. We will be contacting you from 01915433403 in the next 2 working days to find a suitable repayment plan for you." I didn't know Three supplied energy. Certainly not to me.
THE CALLER SAID SHES RINGING FOR METER READING FROM EDF BUT MENTIONED SHES BASED IN SOUTH AFRICA
