100% fraud. Calling from Vodafone. It is pretty evident that Vodafone or. carrphonewarehouse staff is involved in such fraud. Because Fraudsters easily get all your data and then use to reset the password. Vodafone send you a text with 5 letter code and if you give the code to these fraudsters, they change the password and then buy mobile phones through your account.

said that they want to upgrade my sim, and sent me a code on text to read it back to them. Vodafone clearly says not to share the code with anyone who calls you.

SCAM!! Said from Vodafone trying to ‘upgrade’ my phone but can’t be Vodafone as they would know my number was ported to a different network 10 years ago.
