Total nuisance caller, who has rung before from a different number. Machine-based female voice asked if I was the homeowner, but didn’t explain why they were calling me? Based on previous calls, I think it is likely to do with home energy or home insulation? I decided to answer the question and said it was unnecessary and intrusive, then terminated the call.
