3rd time they've called me, 1st time I've answered. someone from "the affordable energy hub" reaching out to all homeowners in Liverpool about a new boiler. he was like, just checking if you're eligible, do you know the age of your boiler? I was like, no but I can tell you I'm not a homeowner and I'm not in Liverpool. "oh ok well thanks for your time" lol
