Unsure why couple of negative reports, people think BT but it isn't its an openreach member off staff informing of the work on fibre - they are correct and advised me to reach out to my third party supplier to discuss upgrading the network as I was only getting 42mbphs - told him I was in a rolling contract and he said he couldn't offer a solution and to reach out to supplier as he didn't sell just informed of upcoming work with full fibre now available

Said they were in the area on 28th August to decommission old analogue lines and wanted to check it wasnt going to interfere with our business. Said we had a voip system now and he confirmed this would be fine. Will see if any BT vans attend our area on 28th Aug

Claimed to be BT. Said our number was being decomissioned with analog lines. Our number is already migrated to digital platform and is not with BT.
