This number is the Natwest Bank helpline for debit card enquiries. It is listed on the back of Natwest debit cards. Thanks to number spoofing, you may be called by a scammer claiming to be from the bank and asking you to verify the number with your debit card. The bank will NEVER call you from this number!!! Of course you can still call this number for your debit card enquiries. Never give your bank sort code or account number to anyone who calls.
