Scam/Fraud

Called pretending to be from BT network division and having engineers in the area. They started asking if we were on an analog line as it was still showing on their system and not updated for years. Asking about our contract, service received and then the audacity to ask what price our monthly costs were. I understand calling businesses to try and get new customers, but it was extremely poor to impersonate another company trying to trick me into providing more and more information to get a sale.
