This number left a voicemail stating me to change my PIN number on my phone. This is a scam call phishing for information to hack into my phone. This is NOT Leeds City Council. It’s SCAM, SCAM, SCAM !!!
defo scam
this number called twice in succession, but my phone recorded FOUR missed calls, so scammers are using this leeds council number, i don't even live in the area, if it's a genuine call, they will always leave a message, plus when they called me again later, my phone recorded two missed calls, and no messages where left both occasions, beware these are scammers trying to steal whatever they can, from your bank, please report to police phishing, phishing.gov.uk, as this is fraud. also if call was genuine, it wouldn't start with 44, don't answer if it starts with 44, that's a clue they can't hide.
