Said he was from Carphone warehouse. When I answered and said hello and made conversation he asked me if I spoke English. So I said yes I’m English and I speak English. He replied with “you don’t speak English?” So I informed him again, I DO speak English. And his response was “what about broken English? What language do you speak” Honestly it’s not even worth the hassle of answering. So confused 😂
