Did not answer, and they did not leave a message. Text message received shortly afterwards (same telephone number), saying they were Aqualogic (on behalf of SW Water) and offering a "free home visit". Did not reply.
Called. Left no message, No the first time. Suspect spam.

Aqualogic, seem to be working with local water companies to try and save you water. Unsolicited.
