The phone rings (Wednesday 18/11/2015) for half a second. I dial 1471 to discover who called - it was 0115 983 6597. Yesterday (Tuesday 17/11/2015) I returned home and dialled 1471 - the last caller was 0115 983 6592, but didn't leave a message. Is this a scam to get me to call the numbers back ?
