Genuine text to landline service. Calls with an audio translation when someone sends a text to your landline. Most phone providers and many businesses and organisations use this BT system. Free to answer. Found out recently that you do not need to press 1 on your phone to listen to the message. Just keep hanging on and listen. The computer will take you through various options about controlling this service and will then just read out the message. Remember the system does not filter out scam texts but will always tell you the sender phone number.

This number has rung me 4 times this morning, but has rung off before the answerphone kicks in. I wouldn't answer it anyway, and if I get to the phone in time when it rings again I shall block it.

Another 2 calls this morning from this number one at 11.07am and another at 11.17am. In total we have had 9 calls from them - none answered. You would think the CRETINS would have got the message by now.

Annoying! There HAS got to be a way our government can stop these calls!

7.57pm 2/3/22. Number not recognised and not answered. Seven calls from this number recently - none answered -you'd think they would have got the message by now !!!!!

Called six times today only ring’s four times then stops very annoying

Called five times today latest at 10.30pm. Hung up when answerphone switched in.

Called me 3 times midnight and 2 aroundc7am . Answered once unknown voice asking me to meet for coffee. Very scary would like to block this number

This number keeps ringing its a nuisance automated saying its bt

2 calls on the 1st Jan 2022. Have now had 5 calls from this number and have not answered any of them. From what I read I'm glad I didn't.

Was called several times, around 9.45/10pm I was asleep and answer phone click in leaving the phone saying please hang up. Most annoying. Some inconsiderate people about

Clearly stated a mobile number which when checked was a mate and a text was sent to me on my landline (I'm with talk talk) it's a BT service on all providers ,not sure how it can be mistaken for a scam if you are of sound mind !

Throughout the year I've had 4 calls from this number and have never answered. After the first two I blocked the number and they don't bother me anymore but my phone shows they tried twice today 21/12. In the last three days I have had 6 calls from various numbers. WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH THE IDIOTS.
