It rings for a couple seconds then hangs up. Could it be debt collectors??? I know my ex is money on my behalf and I get texts stating a debt collector has tried to reach out??? I wonder if that’s a tactic they use??? As long as it rings, then that’s “making contact”????? Worrying if so. If someone could verify this????

it rang once then cut off. I’ve now blocked the number but I’m getting at least one call a day like this from different 0845 numbers which I keep blocking - any ideas why they always ring once then cut off or why they call?
