One ring then disconnected, my suspicion is that this company is phoning numbers at random to see which ones are live, I would not be surprised if they sell the live numbers to the PPI pests. So I'm now expecting more calls, but from different (withheld) numbers. When will this be stopped by the authorities?

Just got a 1ring and hung up call from this number Not tempted in The slightest to call back but would love to connect with the company or person who owns this number and take him to court for harrasment seems like its phoning a lot of people to earn money via premium rate calls

Its a scam to get you to call back about a competition whilst charging you at a premium rate. Suggest block and delete.

Phone rings once and then stops. Checked and seems to be a scam about a competition. Now blocked the number.
