This number calls me, let's my phone vibrate once and then hangs up, who is it and why are they calling me?
Got a call today,one ring then rung off,just deleted the number.
Just had the same to my works phone number. 1 ring, hung up, not ringing back.
Another site I looked at someone said it was to enter a competition so I think Ken is proberly right about premium rate if you call back

Same here. Evidently some sort of scam, probably to get you to call back and then charge you at a premium rate. I won't be calling back.
