Was woken up at 2 am and then 2.30 am by the call. It said its an alarm monitoring company, and prompted me to press a digit...by then I thought this is spam and hung up. Then I got a missed call again half hour later. I tried to call back only to be told by my mobile carrier that it's a premium rate number. I'm not a keyholder and the fact that this is a premium rate number shows this is a scam. I have blocked this number.
Beware - this number tried x3 different work numbers in quick succession, each time claiming to be our monitoring firm and asking for a password. Put the phone down each time.
Automated activated alarm system call, and the company who own this line is Custodian Monitoring. My husband no longer works for the store so rang them up to ask to have his number removed & the attitude from an operator called Sharon was terrible!
I am not a Alarm/Keyholder but have received several nuisance calls mainly at unsociable hours. Blocked but now going to voice mail. Very annoying.
I missed the call , so made a return call only to hear a voice message saying that I had to be redirected to the payment dept. At which time I hung up.
Got a call at 4:10am then 4:30am Sunday morning. I've never used this company, very annoying. 08448 791719
I'm not a key holder for work place and i have and raceaved two call at 22:51 and 23:17
Genuine phone call from Custodian Monitoring to inform you about alarm activation. You are listed as a key holder. They need the password to verify you are authorised to switch off alarm etc.
Genuine phone call from to inform you about the alarm at the workplace if you’re listed as a key holder.
Got a call saying the alarm at my place of work had been set off and that there was an intrusion I am a key holder however when I answered this call at 5.50am they seemed like they weren't legit, I was told the alarm was set off I said that's odd nobody should be in till 8am and they said with a laugh ah well good luck with that one, I got there at 7.30am all doors sealed and alarm still in place not sure what happened
This number belongs to Custodian alarm receiving centre. If you receive a call from them it means you are a listed keyholder and they are trying to inform you of an alarm activation. This is a genuine call and should be returned.
Got 2 missed calls on mobile at about 6am boxing day, two identical messages seemed clipped off, a post code I didn't recognise followed by press 1 if you can attend and 2 if you can't, no other info so deleted, I haven't been a work keyholders for 18 years and certainly have had many new numbers since. ??
Received a call from this number at 4.18am... Didn't answer it. I am a keyholder for work but our alarm was perfectly fine this morning on arrival. Not at all happy to be receiving calls at that time of a morning though if it is bogus
I'm a key holder for my store and this the custodian monitoring system. A password may be provided once instore to verify user is correct. If your getting calls and don't want to receive them then you may still be on a key holders list for a current or previous employer.
Had a call saying from Custodian Monitoring asking for alarm password, said didn't give out passwords over phone and they hung up. Rang our monitoring company who said they hadn't made the call, their number similar but not the same - be very, very wary and do not give them your password.
Got woken up a 1:30 and 2:00 last night. Bloody annoying. Cant anything be done to stop it
also had a person asking for the alarm password for the building as they claimed they monitored our alarm - told them i would be daft to give it over phone and the woman calmly responds 'oh dont worry then...' Treat with caution is my advice...
Alarm monitoring company. I had an alarm call out from this number as I'm a key holder for work.
