Claiming to be my O2 network and did I receive my letter for upgrading. I’m not on O2 network. Voice sounded it was on a voice changer app!

Claimed to be o2 offering a discount, I’m A muppet for falling for it, the changed my login details and ordered a iPhone. Luckily I realised quick enough when I got a message saying I have updated my login details and password, I phoned o2 straight away within 5 mins they had ordered a new iPhone. O2 said they will phone me saying they sent a new iPhone by mistake and can I send it back to their address All passwords and email stuff changed I feel stupid and angry 😠
