Unidentified Automated message claiming that I can claim back a monthly debit I have been paying. just hung up as it didn't Identify who was calling and gave no other details. If I can't identify someone/thing as legitimate I don't treat it as legitimate. to help prevent future calls you could try adding this number to your reject list, which if I understand it correctly prevents this number from contacting your mobile. Might not work but worth a try.
