Scam / Fraud ? - clicked on a Facebook link from a friend and told to ring this number and not to close the laptop down as I had a virus and 'Microsoft' would sort it out for me.. This demand rang alarm bells. Closed PC down and rebooted. Fingers crossed all now OK
