It IS Citizens advice… this is a genuine call not a scam!

Claimed to be from the RAC. Wanted me to go through security - the account is a family account in my wife's name! Very convincing, Believable, as I have a live complaint with the RAC. I asked him to call back at a specific time. He hasn't - so probably a scam.
